For Salaried Individuals

1. Identity Proof: Passport/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Pan Card
2. Residential Address Proof: Registered Rent Agreement/ Utility Bill (up to 3 months old), Passport.
3. Bank Statements: Latest 6 months. (It should be your salary account)
4. Income Proof: Latest 3 Months salary slip, Form 16 for the past two years.
5. Property Documents: Sale deed, Katha, transfer of ownership

For Self-Employed Individuals

1. Identity Proof: Passport/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Pan Card.
2. Business Address Proof: License/ Registered Rent Agreement/ Utility Bill.
3. Residence Address Proof: Registered Rent Agreement/ Utility Bill
   
4. Proof Of Business: 3 years old Saral Copy, the Company Registration license, Shop Establishment certificate.
5. Bank statements: Past 1-year bank statement (It should be your Current Account)
6. Income Proof: Latest 3 years Income Tax Returns including Computation of Income, Profit & Loss Account, Audit Report, Balance Sheet, etc
7. Property Documents: Sale deed, Katha, transfer of ownership.
   
8. Educational Qualifications Certificates.
