For Salaried Individuals
- Identity Proof: Passport/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Pan Card
- Residential Address Proof: Registered Rent Agreement/ Utility Bill (up to 3 months old), Passport.
- Bank Statements: Latest 6 months. (It should be your salary account)
- Income Proof: Latest 3 Months salary slip, Form 16 for the past two years.
- Property Documents: Sale deed, Katha, transfer of ownership
For Self-Employed Individuals
- Identity Proof: Passport/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Pan Card.
- Business Address Proof: License/ Registered Rent Agreement/ Utility Bill.
- Residence Address Proof: Registered Rent Agreement/ Utility Bill
- Proof Of Business: 3 years old Saral Copy, the Company Registration license, Shop Establishment certificate.
- Bank statements: Past 1-year bank statement (It should be your Current Account)
- Income Proof: Latest 3 years Income Tax Returns including Computation of Income, Profit & Loss Account, Audit Report, Balance Sheet, etc
- Property Documents: Sale deed, Katha, transfer of ownership.
- Educational Qualifications Certificates.
